Why does everyone think that an 18 year old cant bench 400 lbs... My workout partner is 17 years old and he jsut started workingo ut after wrestling season.. so like 2-3 months. He weighs 200 lbs and benches 365 already with 7% bf and thats without a diet and any help from juice...In addition to that a kid tht went to my HS went to Marshall this year and when he was a senior he benched 415 then went to marshall and got up 445 as a freshman.

Nobody said anything about banning you. I couldnt/wouldnt, so dont worry. Im just disagreeing with what was said. For me to believe 365 after 2-3 months I would have to see it. Also 400lbs w/no juice at 18 is a tough one. I could be wrong but I dont think so.Quote:

o and roidattack i've only been training again for 3 1/2 months and i bench 425lbs. your muscle dont dissapear when you stop lifting they just shrink down..they have whats called muscle memory. you know when you start lifting again your pumps seem to be really good for the first month, thats your muscle remembering what it is like to be stressed and how to compensate for it. pluse i use 750mg test cyp and 500mg deca split up every 4 days...curious to see what tren does for me.
