FINALY I can workout again. First I had a cold for 6 days, then a stomach disorder for 7 days, then the flu for 10 days then ****ing asshole sinusitis. Now was my last day on antibiotics and I started working out easily end of last week.
Today I did a hardcore leg workout and yesterday I blasted my upper body. I have lost 6 ibs of bodyweight but strangely no strenght at all.
Feels **** good to be back in buisness again.Time to get back on track. In 2 months I WILL HAVE VISIBLE ABS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. No matter what it takes and if I get sic again Im heading for the doc because then something is ****ed upp with my body.
4 colds, 4 stomachbugs, 1 flue, 1 stomach katarr and 1 sinusitis in 3 months aint normal.
