Computer virus help!!

I've got this pain in the a$$ virus on my computer thats totally slowing it down. It's one of those Trojan viruses. Norton 2005 got rid if 2 other ones, but for some reason can't do anything with this one. I cant even quarantine the fu*ckin thing!! I tried a different anti virus program, but no luck. Any suggestions??

If Norton's can't Q it, then it should give you the option to just delete it.

Is your Anti-Virus Defs up to date ?

What is the complete name of the virus?

What operating system do you have ?

Any adware blocking programs ?

my laptop has a virus which prevents me from accessing the internet. I can go on msn but i cant open up any windows. I've run norton and this other virus software but nothing is helping. any ideas????

Reboot your comp in safe mode and then run the anti virus it should be able to help.

Next option if that doesnt work is write the file name down and manually delete it while in safe mode.
