Ok, let me see if I get this stright. You guys are just "Making out" on your bed for 4-5 hours, and spending "quality time" together. And she doesn't want you to tap it. I haven't met 1 girl in LA like this. Something sounds fishy. Either that or old fashioned. Does that still exist these days? Anyway, you guys will get bored of that soon enough then going out will be the next phase. Don't rush it. Just let nature takes its course.
