Okay guys, I've got 4 weeks, and I want to make huge progress. I'm 6'2" 261 at 14 1/2% bf. I'm on a fina/test. prop/winny cycle now. I want to get hard...what can I do to make the biggest improvement in 4 weeks. Any and everything from diet, to cardio suggestions, I want it all. Really appreciate the help guys!
