Everybody has read the pro,s and con,s written by some Dr somewhere .......time for the real life users to tell us newbies
What is the most effective stack you have used for either gaining mass or cutting.Why do you think it was the most effective and what sort of results did you achieve?
Also anyone got any bad stacks that have gone wrong and reason they went wrong?
Everybody will have a different opinion and the question is not to see who has f,kd up the most or who has had the best gains,i,m doing it from a newbies point of view so we can all learn more
