My stats are Im 6`3 255 about 10%bf.

Im on week 4 of a 12 week cycle and I just started tren last week.

I have suspected a few people of lyin on this board about different things. For example Young Slug11 was baggin on my pics after my winni only cycle. Thats all good but when I asked him who the buff black dude was in his old avator he said it was him. Then he went on to say he has won 7 Mr. Olympia contests. I suspected him of lyin but I said congrats for the accomplishments. Today I was browsing and saw he had posted his pics. Now there is no doubt that he was lyin.

I don't like calipers for measureing body fat, I don't think they are reliable. The scales that measure bodyfat are alright but still they can be off as much as 5-10%. The only true way to get a correct measurement is a float test.......check with the local college and see if they have one, if you'd like a real assesment.
