So I had to take two weeks off of training with everything that was going on with my dad, so today was the day to hit it hard again.. Perfect food all day, and it was leg day.. Get there warm up, hit up 135, then 185 for warm ups. Then I throw 225 on for a first set of high reps.. Well about 16 reps in as I am near parralel.. I hear rrrrriiiiipppp, CRACK.. Thinking oh **** I just pulled out my back, other people around me are yelling did you just shart yourself.. but alas.. I blew the **** outta my pants.. Like there was NOTHING left in the ass.. Thank god I was not going Commando today.. I got a standing applause from everyone since I finished my set.. There had to be a cute girl in there too
