2-3 shakes per day.
~SC~
I'll answer this here too. 1 or 2.
Meal replacement at morning and 4-5 shakes during the day
3 to 4 because I need to be swole....hehehe
2 or sometimes 3
3-4, sometimes less and occasionally more.
2-3 but usually 3......procomplex 55 g per shake.
Around 4, sometimes 5. Less on non workout days. I know I rely too much on shakes. But they're just so quick and convenient. Oats blended w/ whey is a great quick pro/carb meal when you're on the go!
1 only, PWO only. Get 300 grams a day from solid food and just watch the changes in the making.

3-4 shakes a day.
3-4 a day. sometimes more, its the only liquid besides water at my apartment.
UsuallyI can tolerate 2 60g shakes, if I make it up to 3, then for sure I get diarhea... no fun.
Red
3 scoops... 1 in the morning, 2 in PWO. I think shakes are digested way too quick and real food is more beneficial most times of the day.
3 myself. just curious for you that are positing 5 or 6, Is tha all you are consuming.
2-3 average sometimes 4
3 shakes a day, about 40g in each, morning, midday and PWOWhich protein shakes does everyone use? What do u think to Dymatize?
3 shakes religiously . morning, midday , PWO .
2 rtd's. too easy
Hmm it seems that at 3 I produce Diarhea! How can people have 6 +?????
1 PWO if i'm "natural" at the time
3-4 when I'm "on"
I try ot get most of my protein from solid food.
Solids are better I agree
2-3 sometimes if i'm not hungry 5-6
2-3 on average, maybe 4 if Im hungry
3 sometimes 4...

On a typical day I usually consume 2 lbs of chicken breast, I think there is something like 30-40 grams in a 1/4 lb of fresh chicken, so I'm figuring I'm getting about 250 grams/day just from chicken breasts. On top of that I usually eat 18-24 egg whites a day, about 3-4 servings of natty pb(app 24 grams protien) a couple large bowls of oats(10-15 grams protien) brown rice(maybe like 4 grams per serving) and other little things like low fat yogurt in the morning(8 grams protien) throw in one 60-70 grams PWO shake and you have like at least 350 grams of protien a day easy. I'm telling you man, when you start getting that protien from food and not those damn shakes all day you'll notice it's like night and day with your gains as well as your appearance. However, I have a job where I'm fotunate enough to eat whenever I want to, as long as I'm getting the work done. The trick is, make your boss afraid of you(or be your own boss if you can) hahahahahhaOriginally Posted by Polska
