i am trying to down load a picture to my avatar. and it keeps telling me the pixels have to be 150x150. what does that mean? are the pictures too much detailed? or are the dimensions to big ( width and height )?

You have to resize the pic, to 150x150, just like it says to do.

The dimensions are too big. (Width x Height)

If the pic is too big (Bigger than 19.5k) you can try to switch it to GIF format. (If it's not already done)

You can also edit the image using "paint" and resize it
