Preventing early afternoon ass dragging?
Every friggin day around 2:00 I get tired as hell. Doens't matter if I worked out duyring lunch or what. My diets is pretty consistent from day to day and I get at least 7 hours sleep at night.
Then, I always go home and catch a second wind around 5:00. Any ideas?
Maybe I have sleep apnea?

mine hits me from 1-3 and no its not after lunch kuz i eat like every 2 hrs so .. =/
its really ur circadium clock and its like that w/ NORMAL people

yeah i get it right after i eat lunch, or after im done with classes. i think when im done with classes its just a mental thing cause i know i can go lay down watch some tv and sleep for a lil bit. the best thing to do is take a 45 min nap....lil power nap and i have plenty of energy for the gym..if ur at work or something, try walkin around a lil and stretching everything, this sometimes keeps me awake.

Im feeling it today.. Had about 60 g's of carbs and cut them out at 12

I think it is pretty normal bro...it is 1:00 where I am and I could fall asleep right now.

I find drinking heaps of water definitely helps this. That or amphetamines.

I get the same thing, but I think it's because I don't sleep at night. I never get to sleep until about 430am and then I'm usually up at 7 or 8. I try to get on a normal track but so far I am unsuccessful

i just sleep through my lunch break from 1-2. just lean back in the chair, feet up on the desk and i'm out like a light.

I workout at lunch, so I don't have that option. I used to go to the park, roll down the windows, lay the seat back, at sleep, sleep, sleep....
