I love that feeling...unless I have to go to work...then I wimper all day.
i did the same yesterday, but just did quads....did about 8 sets of leg press and 5 sets of squats...all heavy lifts...feels great today...but a bitch goin upstairs or gettin in a car....OUCH
post your workout.... I am always looking into new ways to do damage on the legs.
i hate when i try to get out of bed after a hard leg day and crumple when my legs hit the ground. i should get a lower bed and maybe that won't happen. does anyone else puke more often on leg days? i puke like every other week from leg workouts.
i never puked after a workout. felt like i did real bad today though..sucked i couldnt get a good bi workout. it feels mad good though to stretch ur legs when there sore like that.
