    Exclamation 1 year here! Wow! Thank's everyone

    Wow guys I have been here a year! I was originally introduced when I was thinking about doing a cycle, and I was only 19. So my brother pointed me to this site. I have learned soo much about working out and cycles! This site is a plethora of USEFUL information. One thing I like about this site is that besides the working out and diet etc, we all help each other with social problems from family,signifigant other,job's, to cars! Thanx to everyone for a great site, Bouncer, Swolecat, Bask8case, That texas mod , Vette, Brian, Blue thunder, (no particular order) and ANYone else I have missed! I am on here everyday and wouldn't have it any other way!
