i love history im always watching da history channel, dont every1 call me a nerd all at once

but id like to go see some of da great conquerors in action peeps like ghengis khan, shaka, Alexander the Great ,check out rome at the highest of its power, go to egypt and see da Pharaoh Ramses and them building da pyramids, id really like to check out peeps of da bible like Jesus,Noah,Solomon,David,Moses.

I'd probably go back only a couple of years and give myself a few winning lottery numbers, or go back just far enough to invest everything I have in Microsoft stock or something like that. Either way you see the theme here being money.

I'd go back to the time when man hunted with spears. Why on earth do I want that? Personally, I think that once man learned literature, he became less animal like. I'm big into animal rights. I would like to see a time when man had predators and was more active in the food chain, doing things other than cutting down millions of acres of rain forest every year or changing the temperatue of the earth something like 1 degree every ten years. A time will come when we destroy the entire ecosystem, all because of literature, which lead to technology. HAHA, 4 years in college and what did I learn - we should have less knowledge, hahaha.

I'd go back to the western days. All you would do is ride around on your horse and drink. Then go find some women to spend the night with and if you had a problem with somebody you could just shoot them. ie, Unforgive,Tombstone, Hang em High, Outlaw Josse Wales.... You get the picture

Personally, i'd love to see how the dinasours lived, it would be really cool to watch two dinasours duke it out for some fresh meat! But of course, going back and investing in companies like Microsoft is something I think everyone would do

Unfortunately no single person would ever have the ability to prevent WW1 or WW2. As bad as those 2 events were, they helped shape the world we live in. I wouldn't change much history unless I lived and understood the events going on at that time. How do we know what was best at the time. Most of our ideas have been influenced through the opinions of teachers and biased media. If you want to change the past, you must live in it to understand it first.

realistically speaking, i'd be too afraid to go back in time and mess something up (if that's even possible... im a little shady on my meta-physics and space-time theory.) and of course if it was possible I would try to prevent major catastrophies of course.

Aside from that, I would go back to Jesus' time, and prolly go back to when i was 14 and tell my self how to train and eat

...

Gosh, there would be sooo many things to see and do, I wouldn't mind going back to the time of dinosaurs just to see them, and maybe going back to the 1800s and do some exploring and maybe some tiger hunting in Asia (don't flame me, I'm not a ruthless killer, I just love hunting and back then there were lots of tiger problems in some places

)
