BRO'S obviouisly Canada is one of the greatest places to live! I was wondering who all out there was Canadian.....Give a Shout out....I am usually at all the Amature Bodybuilding Shows and wondered if any fellow Canucks go to any.........I also do a lot of travelling and i have stepped into probably hundreds of gyms in Canada......so lets here where you are from and which gyms you train at?????

I am from Edmonton Ab, but I get the luxury of working out all over AB, due to my job. I usually work a 10 on 4 off but only if I'm lucky!

Why? You'd have to pay a lot more for healthcare. You'd be at a much higher risk to be murdered, to be stricken by poverty, and to be a whole lot cooler.

Real poutine is not made with beef gravy

and is always made with unripened cheese curds...

Best poutine is definetly NOT from a big chain restaurant... the best poutines are from mom'n'pop greasy spoon restaurants and diners...

There was this little diner close to here run by a Greek couple, they made wicked poutine. Fries were extra greasy, they put in LOTS of cheese curds, their poutine sauce was just perfect, and they finished it off by putting the whole thing thru the pizza oven to brown the cheese... (it's ususual but makes the poutine even better!!!)

God all this talk about poutine... I think I'll have a can of tuna now...
