2 questions
Hi guys,
Can anyone answer them?
1) High volume training increase the number and size of:
ATP
Mitochondria
Glucose
insulin
2) Sugar causes a rise in blood -------:
alcohol
hormones
enzymes
insulin

Yes, it's a multiple choice question.
Is the answer to the1st one then mitochondria or ATP?
