electrical work out assistance
Hello,
Has anyone ever used the electrical work out equipment. Like the ones you place on each muscle group and it provides shocks to the muscles to completly fatigue the muscle after a work out?

I've heard and i totally believe that that's a scam nothing beats pushing poundages at the gym.

If you're talking about that infomercial shit--it doesn't work. Most people will end up with burn marks on their stomach. That's why they give you the slimming gel, to prevent the burns.
I've used it in rehab after knee surgery to stimulate the muscles and I think that's pretty much what it's good for.

Thats link above, it's the same principle as the belts. And, no, they don't work. Otherwise everyone and their mothers would have perfect bodies. It's a matter of people wanting something for nothing.

I am not talking about just using that for a work out. I heard that you could use it to completely fatigue your muscles after a work out.
