only thing ive seen is dropping bodyfat very low.....being gyno is fat deposits, u may get lucky and burn that fat away....but as its just like fat in any other area, even though u can drop ur bodyfat very low, sometimes certain areas just arent as afffected by the fat burn as others....

plenty of anecdotes about it reducing
and eliminating gyno lumps.
