    Favorite Body part to train

    What is you favorite body part to train? What is your favorite exercise? Do you have a lift or stat (maybe a measurement) that you are proud of or would like to share?

    Don't be shy...nobody is judging anybody...this is just to get everybody to open up and feel comfortable discussing topics related to our lifestyle...I would love to hear from the ladies as well if they are interested.

    Quads believe it or not. Love um. Squats, Leg presses, Extensions, and I love to mix in Plyometrics.

    I love to train them all. While on AS, there is nothing better in the world.. The pumps are amazing! But when i am off AS, the pumps are not as great, so i would then have to go with shoulders as well. BIGTRAPS!

    After my next cycle i will unvale the traps.. You might think that i have three necks, but i will have you know that they are traps..LOL!! peace

    gotta go with shoulders and tri's. hate doing legs, but it tests my self discipline. i always wanna skip but never do

    Legs, cause I love to feal the burn. Also because their strong as hell. Bi's cause they build fast for me.

    Nothing like the feeling of a good set of heavy quarter squats.

    I usually get compliments for my quads... They're really big and defined, but it is mostly from genetics and the running. My favorite body part to work out is def. shoulders...

    Back I love training that and the favourite has to be deadlift can,t lift much around 200kg for 6-8 reps for 3 sets on a very good day but it varies like all training weight.Normally it sticks around 150+kg for 8 reps 3 sets wish I weighed that much instead of 184lbs-LOL

    C'mon guys, where the hell are the biceps. I've never even juiced, but when I'm done with a workout of bi's....OHH MAMA!!! I get the best pump ever....., i call it the "PaPaPumP" . They get so tight i can't even move them, let alone turn the steering wheel on the way home from the gym. Watch out, here he comes!!!

    I dont know if i have a favorite body part, i do however like training upper body mainley Bicepts Tricepts and Chest, guess im a pretty boy but o well btw, i like training back too and legs are fun and important as well but those are top 3 with everything else a close 2nd

    I think we all love arm training. Those beach muscles are a given...but QUADS. the ACSM did a study years ago the proved if you squat then your whole body grows...Gotta love that

    Ohhh most definately! 3 or 4 sets of squats are as difficult as an entire arm workout. They drain you like no other. It's the best!

    back... love to focus and hit all the muscles that make up the back,

    traps ... mine are bigger, and i love the burn, and hoarsing the heavy wights around

    bies tries ... arms could always be bigger (synthrol here i come!!!)

    shoulders ... i always get lots of compliments on them

    and sphinkter muscles - always love taking a crap

    brain ... (may not be a muscle)but i like using it

    what i hate:

    abs

    calves

    forearms
