i did some more reading up on it and apparently her managers or someone close is actually trying to get her into rehab, she actually really might have started using crack-she is a major party girl.

IMO, she's just another spoiled ass Hollywood teen who wouldn't know what it is like to live in moderation. As with all of the typical Hollywood kids (i.e., the Osborne kids, Nicole Ritchie, Corey Haim in the 80's, etc.), they have more money than they know what to do with so they use the excess money on coke and/or other substances.
