for those who dont know, he passed away a few days ago. god bless him and his family. to those of us who knew him, knew a great guy, a aawesome bodybuilder and a better person. and we are better for knowing him.

I spoke to his brother this evening. It was this morning. Everyone wish his family the best. He was a true gentleman and great contributor to thousands in the community.

Sad to hear. I actually thought he was improving. He seemed so happy training natural again, his new job etc.....to bad it had to end. May he rest in peace.

WOW... as some of you know, I dont get TO personal on the forums and I didnt know MWC that well, but I did contribute to some of his posts and saw him as a person to look up too on boards... Just on that basis, makes this one of the most sad times ive felt on the internet... From all ive read, he was a GREAT bro...

I know he had posted about some health problems he was
going thur for awhile, but seemed to be doing OK... Really
sad to hear because he was always such a good guy to
talk to on the boards... RIP bro and my prayers go out to
his family and friends... Losing someone is never easy...
