I don't see how they can do it. But I have tremendous respect for those who do.

Hooker does it, so he must know something.
Perhaps he is an "ovo-vegan" or something like that.
Dunno......

I bought a 5lb bag of Gummy Bears there last week....
Yeah...I run for 20-30 mins a day, lift 2on/1off, and have around...8-10 hours of rugby training every week....so mostly the workload keeps me lean, and the lifting keeps my muscle around...
Also...I don't just write about steroids ....

I am a vegetarian...just mainly an Ovo Vegetarian. I eat yogurt but milk upsets my stomach. I have competed in BB contest before but at the time I was NOT a veg. I have no problem putting on mass, and not by eating the bullshit crap fake corndawgs etc...I think my genetics want me to be big. I am currently 6'2ish and 212. And the way I lift I HAVE to do cardio to keep myself lean. I am interested in doing a NPC next year with my diet. Will be interesting to try. I use quinoa as a main source of protein among other things...read up on it...it DOUBLES the protein of beef per serving.

Also the fact that we dont really absorb b12 from any other available source...

Don't think i could do it. After all nothing beats a nice piece of meat in your mouth sometimes.
