    Exclamation Official metal band listing for working out

    I haven't been in the loop lately. Can we start a list of decent metal bands that I can start downloading. I haven't heard any good new bands lately.

    I like Six Feet Under, Deicide, etc. Obviously Metallica and more mainstream ones too.

    Download mudshovel by staind and play it loud on a stereo w/good bass. Its good for a few extra reps.
