I'd have to say if I saw swole walking towards me I would have to start running the other direction..

Remember to do a bit of cardio the day after (bikes work well) and to stretch too!

It starts over again, although you can take an extra rest day if you feel you need it, or have errands/family things to do/girls to bang/etc.

yah me too, I was 6 foot 120 .....
i worked out with concrete/plastic wrapped weights in the basement for years cause I was too embarrassed to go to the gym, 13 years later im 63 230 and I STILL FEEL LIKE THAT SKINNY KID.
either way, I know what ur sayin swole, not only is it physically rough, the mental toll is wayyyy worse.
