    For my 1000th post

    I just want to say thank you to everybody who as helped me out with proper cycles all the way through to the right supplements. Thanks to all in the steroid forum, the igf-1 and hgh forum and all the way down to the AR lounge. And I hope I was able to help some of the other people on this board with there questions and problems. Nicky B will always be there to help. Thanks again.

    Nice... 1000 posts! This place tought me a lot about bodybuilding... from supps to diet. Great resources here.
