Leavin' for Vegas tomorrow!
My wife and I are headed to Las Vegas tomorrow for a wedding. I plan on hitting the 24 hour fitness on Tropicana. I also plan on gorging myself on All-you-can-eat sushi. Any suggestions for things to do? Mark

i remember i went last christmas time and a lot of places were closed. I went to rain, and it was closed. then we cruised the strip just looking for a club. went to some place called ice, i think that was the name. anyways, look like it was cool. then we went inside, kind of dead. after a while it was packed, but one thing was strange.....about 90% of the people there were arabian (i think). they were playing this wierd ass arabian music and EVERYONE knew the words, and they sure as hell were not in english. turned out to be pretty cool as there were some SMOKING looking girls there.. but me and my boy stood out like a sore thumb. dont know if they still have that but it was a wednesday when i went.

Well, we made it back in one piece. I learned that it's not easy to eat healthy and cheap in Vegas. I also learned that the Excalibur sucks donkey gonads. We had a friend's wedding and that went well. Afterwards we went to the Rum Jungle in the Mandalay Bay. The cover was $25 per person. I almost passed out at this, heck I'm from Wisconsin where a $5 cover is rare. As it stands we should have gotten the VIP bottle service cause it would have been cheaper to get in and we would have gotten liquor too. It's all good because I was drinking LOTSA Diet Rockstar and Vodka before hand so I was buzzed twice over. The most memorable part of the evening was when a bachelorette party came over and wanted me to do something for them. I didn't out of respect for my wife, but I was pretty flattered. Guess the dedication (prior to Vegas) really paid off. Glad to be back. Mark
