i've done it b4, fees are same as the store, but more conviniet, no signatures or IDs or nothing.

Just send it, and the receiver is not ID'd?

The receiver will need I.D. to pick up the money. I hate Western Union. Service charges suck ass and the first time i tried to use them they fuc*ed everything up!

use e-currency, its not as bad as people make it out to be. you can use money order, and tansfer to confidential accounts. much safer in my opinion
