    Exchange rate.

    The euro to dollar exhange rate isn't what it used to be.

    The current exchange rate is a great thing! When I was in Europe in 2000 you needed 1.22 euro to equal a dollar. It's been a while since I checked but last I recall you needed 1.18 dollars to get a euro. Great for our exports, terrible for Europes exports.

    I'm thinking of imports into Ireland from the state if the dollar iw worth more, that means I have to spend more euros. Then when duty is calculated based on the x rate, I get f'ed again.
