Thread: Dropped 5% bf in 2.5 months...

    Dropped 5% bf in 2.5 months...

    Well, just got back from the gym not long ago and went for my quarterly fit test. Every three months I get bf checked for motivational reasons and this month was a good one... 2.5 months ago I was weighing in at Edit.. 190-198?? with 12.8% fat and today coming in at 203 with 7.4%bf... Just doing this to let everyone know that if I can do it (the pizza eater), anyone can do it!!! next project 220lbs... wish me luck!

    pretty impressive. makes me wish i lost weight like that too. i'm at my lowest bodyfat % in about 4 years with more to go still. i think i was at 11% a couple of weeks ago.

    yeah, it seems a little high... this first numbers are off with the weight but the bf is not off. I was going by the weight off my profile... can't find the papers to the last exam, but you always remember bf!!! thanks for pointing that out, I would have made millions off my cycle...lol

    Congrats bro. I remember you posting the day before you started shooting the Tren. The Tren has obliterated my fat as well.

    Sounds like our Stats are very similar. Good luck with the rest of your cycle. I am about done and kind of getting bummed out.

    I am an old dude and I am well into the single digits for the first time in Years.

    I have been pondering these numbers, and just not sure they match up... (before I edited my thread)... I think you calculator may be a little off.... I use to hate leaving mathmatical problems unsolved in school... can you please explain so I don't go nucking futs... thanks.

    yeah, I cut out the peanut butter. ... no seriously, I was working on a lean bulking cycle and doing cardio 5X a week in the am... the biggest shock to my body was when I cut the cardio down the 2X/week after leg and ab workouts for active recovery... My training is timed and active... always try and break a sweat during sets... little rest between sets sucks, but something is working. I'll post my routine if you'd like to see it.. first time trying this and I have seen the best results by far... it is on my home pc, so i will post it later

    lean weight before(going by the 198ibs figure) 172,5
    lean weight after 189 ibs
    Lean gain 16,5ibs

    Fat before 25ibs
    Fat after 15ibs
    fat loss 10ibs

    I think those figures are about right. Awsome gains
