yeah, I cut out the peanut butter.

... no seriously, I was working on a lean bulking cycle and doing cardio 5X a week in the am... the biggest shock to my body was when I cut the cardio down the 2X/week after leg and ab workouts for active recovery... My training is timed and active... always try and break a sweat during sets... little rest between sets sucks, but something is working. I'll post my routine if you'd like to see it.. first time trying this and I have seen the best results by far... it is on my home pc, so i will post it later
