Stressed about work....

I am thinking about a move inside my company... just not sure about the move. The money would be better, but it would include a significant amount of training away from the fam. Ahhhhh I'm just venting cuz I'm stressed... errrrrr

I would do it but then again I dont have a wife and a son. Tough decision IMO, if you feel it will better your family in the long run and you family can accept the 6-12 weeks away from you then go for it.

I'm OK with money, this would be nice... my wife just started working again and is killing it... I think for me its that I want a change of pace... something different. I have been at the some job for about 7 yrs now.. this would be more challanging

change is always good, keeps u motivated and on ur toes, plus extra money is always good. to be honest u should make sure its ok with the wife cause that would be hard to start workin again and have to watch the kids while ur away.
