Well my brother and I have them, usually males in my family got those, it is hereditary They are not harmful, just looks and feels weird. I had 15 of them removed, some were size of a peanut and some smaller. If I consume fatting stuff I get them more and they grow bigger since those are fat deposit. Doc told me that my body mislocates the fat, instead of storing the fat evenly it accumulates in one area. They do get smaller with strict diet but in time they get harder inside and the body can not burn or use them as a fuel source.
You dont need to worry about them, can I ask you your age? I first noticed mine when I was in senior year at high school. In time I got more....
