    and for newbie's ...i have a pic of when i first started ever doing roids at 6'3 195, i got 4th week pics, and i got final pics after 10 weeks of sus250 at 500mg a week..checkem out...end of cycle i weighed in at 220.

    i'm at 195 in the pic with my eyes blotched out and a fake ass goatee. the last pic thats hard to see is after cycle at 10 or 11th week. and the other 3 were at week 4.

    25 pnds..not bad..
