To be honest, it was just my way of finding out of Test E would help my lil guy grow just a little bit. I was just too embarassed to come at ya's with a direct aproach

I believe the story could be true. I have heard that some babies suffer from hypogonadism and are prescribed testosterone to bring the testes to a normal size. It is also possible for the baby to get an erection, especially with such a large dose of test.

However, I am not sure the sexual side effects would hit the baby so soon. Also, such a large dose of test would likely cause the baby major problems kidney problems, right?

All of your people who said it couldn't happen are in for a big surprise. I worked as a health professional in an Emergency Room and I have seen a LOT of things that deal with the human body. Many things that I have never thought possible have happened right before my eyes. This is why I tend to believe a lot of medical phenomena, the human body is a most amazing machine.

Perhaps the kid could also have had that one disease where he grows at an abnormal rate. There was a kid at my school that was 6'1" in 5th grade, and he showed no signs of stopping growing, I would think he would have been a candidate. They said that in an extreme case, if he kept growing, his legs would become weak and could break simply by walking on them. That would suck...
