    Removing info

Anyone know how to remove any and all unwanted info from your PC to help keep everything private and y'know "safe"? I don't want to have to destroy my PC or anything.

there's also a program called Windows Washer that cleans your system pretty good --

Evidence Eliminator is another good one, maybe better.

I can get just about any program I want for free and I got "ccleaner" "window washer" and "mutilate file wiper" do you think all these will be enough or are "they" still gonna be able to find out shit on my PC?
