I just had this guy ask if it would be ok to use a (electronic muscle stimulator)
as a workout, as his only workout, while on, wait for it Deca, and other steroids,…lol to die for man, that has made my day. i dident no where to look hilarious...

Hay bro, kidding aside I actually think the reflex are one of the best in the uk at the mo, instant mass and the instant whey are all good and yes Progen is ok gets a little thick for me lol

I use to LOVE the instant whey, but then i got a blueberry after they changed it and it tasted like monkey dirt I have heard good things about their Instant Mass though. I use AlltheWhey now. I do use Reflex for all other things though... multi-vit, glucosamine chondroitin, mik thistle, etc.

I don't meant to hijack but I got a story related to this, my old receptionist use to wear the one that stimulates your abs and I didn't know until one day I asked why everytime I would walk by she would be twitching. She said oh I'm working out my abs with this electronic stimulator, I was like WTF? Well I guess after using all day for weeks one day it had some type of short and started to smoke, I heard she ran to the bathroom undressing herself....That stuff IS for lazy people......
