Ii tend to like to eat a crap load before i go to bed cuz u grow when u sleep obviously and u need to eat as muscle protein and fuel to grow so i kinda eat a lot of protein and a lot of good food before bed but i also wanna get a mean 6 pack and not cripple myself by not eatin enough cuz ALL OF US HERE R OBVIOUSLY TRYIN TO GET JACKED SO HOWLOL so please gimme the best advice on how to eat right when goin to bed Thanks Fellas u guys r a huge help
