    OK, my question is this... what is the proper way to measure arms?? at rest or pumped? I have never measured them pumped or flexing. always take my measurements at rest...

    right arm is 17.0 left is 16.7, pissis me off they arnt the same dam size lol... im shooting for a lil over 18s and the cycle im bout to hop on i should get it hopefully
