How did all of you guys come up with your screen name? Like Dane and Mike for example, is that just your real name, or a name that people call you? I mean it will be easier for some, than others...Like Iwan2bsolid2...I guess you want to be solid as well...LOL

. I'll start it off.

If any of you guys know who Scott Steiner is, 'nuff said. He is a monster with arms that are the size of my legs...LOL

. He is a force to be reckoned with, and I admire his physique. He has by far the best physique of all wrestlers, and I think he would have a great future in the sport of bodybuilding (if he hasn't been already). Anyway, that's my story, what's yours?

it was between partyboynyc and what my asshole friends call me, "boy toy".they think it's funny because i screw around alot, but it's not when girls start gettign supicious when my friends address me as "slut" or "whore" sometimes in public.so i decided against it.figured you guys would have had a field day w/ that name so i went w/ just somethign simple since my best SN i'm saving for later.too good to give away just yet.it cracks me up when i just hear it

I chose Iwan2bsolid2- because I see the diference between guys on gear and natural guys...and natural guys like myself (for now) seem to look more puffy all the time unless your restricting carbs. I don't like the water layer I carry, I don't want to be able to pinch any skin (you know that add... wear your skin one size to small) well that's the look I like, like your carved outta granite...hence the name _SOLID. I'd say around 10% I can see my abs. I try not to let myself get above 11%-12%. But another aspect when being natural to get big you gotta put on a lot of weight and I hate that feeling, you just feel fat not muscular. I've gone from 165 to 197 to 168 to 190 right now. You gotta put on too much weight to gain a couple pounds after dieting. At least while on gear your getting big but staying somewhat hard as well especially if taking anti E such as Liquidex - that's what i'm talking about.
