blockin web site??help

ok i want to block some web site but i dont want anything to come up like that says its block..i want it to be like that sight is down...is there a way??

and is there something that i can see like aim convo and email and stuff like that

you want to look at old aims convos and emails saved on ur computer? if so get google desktop and yes its free
