An older guy at my gym told me this one day because i was not acting the same as i always am and he know that there was some thing wrong so to get what ever is on ur mind he said to do this ( KEEP BUSY, LET IT OUT, GET BIG) and everything will be ok.

In my opinion, it's the basis FOR a relationship.

W/out it, you don't have much to build on.

Think of it as the legs to a complete physique. W/out good legs, the shit's gonna eventually crumble, and it'll look shitty all the way through before it does.

This is not an easy question to answer, but you have to trust someone sometime. Bottom line is you just have to take a chance. Hopefully, you choose the right person that never violates that trust. Honestly, I've never cheated in any relationship (said stupid things I didn't mean and regret them to this day, yes), but maybe this is why it's easier for some to trust than others. Dunno

I lost trust in men at a young age and it was a problem... However, with my last boyfriend I knew that in order to make it work I would have to start with a clean slate (i.e., not hold my past against him)... and I did just that. I flat out told him he has 100% of my trust until he gives me reason not to trust him, then it's gone. Two simple things, don't cheat and don't lie, either will cause one party not to trust the other. If she has done neither, why wouldn't you trust her? Do you think she would ask some guy to see a piercing below the belt? That would piss you off... wouldn't it? Remember that next time

That's how I lead my life now.. when I find someone who I feel confident is worth the chance, I take it. But I only take it when I feel I can trust them, that's key to me.

This is not something anyone can tell you how to do.. I can't tell you how to trust her.. but if you can't, that should tell you something...

That little sixth sense, if you get it, is usually correct....
