driving fast...
odd question but does driving fast a lot of the time for long periods of time burn a lot of calories?!i hope not....

lol **** u guys man, im being serious, when ur driving fast it seems like you could be burning cals and im not toking 60mph im toking speeds of 140mph+ track racing etc...

indy car and formula one drivers are tremendous athletes. on a big oval like michigan, your averaging 220mph+ for over 2 hours. street courses are a constant strain on arms and upper body. not talking nascar, not talking about the token female drivers that they throw in from time to time, talking about the year inand year out guys. after a race they are beat and you would be supprised to see how hard they train. i have seen guys after the races. they are definitly workin and burnin calories in those cars.
