Ok, I hurt my elbows in October, thats 10 ****ing months ago, I took almost 4 months off of upper body, they got better, then worse again, **** me mother ****ers, how long does it take to get better?
To top it off, some old guy (who "used to be a professional") and his wife (very chunky) were on the seated row machine, so I worked in with them, he proceeds to "show me how to do it properly, which lee haney showed him", so anywayz he makes me do a set his way, which includes leaning forward a lot, whatever, but it ****ing kills my elbows, wrong form for ME since I stay stationary and pull with my elbows, isolating my lasts and mid back, I dont need movement.. Then I proceed to drink out of his chunky wifes water bottle... **** me I could kill someone... Not a ****ing good day at alleveryone and
