Im a country boy. When I want a beef, I go to my grandparents farm and kill it.
I raise about 200 chickens a year, grain and fruit fed, on their farm. Potatoes are free. Get alot of lean moose meat too. Pork is free.
I pay to get my meat cut. I buy everything else.

u fvckers, how come i live alone and mine is about $600

I also get cheap lobster/scallops/crab
Its quick and painless tho, I can kill, gut, hang, and skin a beef alarmingly fast
Im not a farmboy really, but why should I pay for crappy store meat when I can get grain fed animals for free.

Mine is at least $1200 a month. OMG it's scary to think about. I feed myself (i don't really eat that much, but my two sons 19 & 24 eat me out of house and home. Every time I buy supplements they empty me out on that too. I just brought a case, 20 containers) of Tang sugar free and they are going to be done with them within a month. Any one want to adopt them?

Thats insanity, lol. I figure i spend 400$(cdn too) a month on food, and theres always LOTS to eat at my place. (tho, as stated above, i get a ton of free meat)
I can live off 1200-1500 a month (mortgage, food, electricity). The rest of my money goes to my toys, gear, supplements and investments.

I usually only have to spend $100 per week and im set. But anywhere between $100-$150 a week. It gets expensive when you factor in protein and other supps...DAMN

If I go before the gym, $100-$150 per week (with household stuff too).. if I go after the gym I always spend so much more, around $200-$250 and throw a lot away because my eyes are bigger then my stomach...
I have a grocery shopping problem though, I always buy too much when I shop or stock things that I know I'll use eventually (oatmeal, brown rice, etc.)

Mine is well over 1,000 just on the groceries. That is not taking into account my going out to eat Lunch every day and out to dinner a few times per week. Add it all up between my GF and two of my kids that live with me and we are closing in on 1600/mo.

Like I said above, 400$/month max, and there would be plenty to feed a bunch of people for the month.
It is quite a bit of work though, and really messy. Especially the chickens. But hey, what i save on food I spend in Gas... over 5$/gallon here in canuckia..

shit, mine is easily 7-800/month, and thats just for me. I think at this point a coke addiction would be cheaper than bodybuilding

I still live at home and my mom buys about $75 worth a week. Once in a while, I'll go buy a pack of tuna in a pouch and almonds (raw) and that comes out to about $22. When my shoulders are back up to snuff, and I cycle a bulker... It could be about $400 a month though. I hope I can find brown rice in bulk at Sam's.
