I think I have a mild case of this. Does anyone else think they do too? Link is below. Check it out and tell me what you think.

Really? Do you look at yourself in the mirror all the time? I do all the time especially when i'm working out. Of course the majority of us here use "roids" so I guess you have a point. LOL

My dad who is a doc told me I had this disease, but a mild case of it. I knew what muscle dysmorphia was, but I didn't realize it was also called bigorexia. All those symptoms I feel like I have that are mentioned. I don't think the condition is getting any better either. Oh well.

I look at myself all the time for signs of change..
Would we do AAS if we werent concerned with becoming beasts among men?
I spend hours a day thinking about my body/diet/gym routine.

I think most people on this board and most people I know that are serious about working out could be considered to have bigorexia to some degree. I know I must after reading that, but hey as long as you think about sex/girls more than your body or the gym you are normal.
If you saw a hot chic walkin down the street and a bodybuilder beside her and you look at the bodybuilder more than the chic then...well not only are u a homo, but you are taking it too far.

Heres a quote from the article..
drugs:
the use of anabolic steroids is common amongst bigorexics. Men continue using steroids despite experiencing side effects such as increased aggression, acne, breast enlargement, impotence, baldness, impotence and testicular shrinkage.
I think they want us to know about the impotence part...
