    Broke My F*cking Hand

    Just venting, its my fault im a ****ing idiot, fighting with my girlfriend, ****ed up time in my relationship. Punched the ****ing refrigerator,wtf. Im a ****ing retard. Hands swollen inside of my palm and outside on top of my hand is black and blue no way i can lift. I just started my cycle. I guess im just gonna keep up the cycle and take a few days off from the gym the bound my ****ing hand in extreme padding and try to lift. Im a ****ing idiot. Sorry guys just venting no one else to talk to about it cause they dont know about the juice.

    Sorry been away from the pc for a few days, hands kinda better. Swollen as **** black and blue but i think i can work with it in a week or so. I know i gotta get control of the temper. Just that sometimes i cant take the bullshit anymore im sure yall know what im talking about. Younger girl kinda inmature gets frustrating. but yeah meso im 23 thought i would have learned by now right? haha. Anyway i guess ill keep yall posted on the hand issue. Its my third week of my cycle and it should be kickin in soon so im keepin the hand icy 24/7 heal as fast as possible. Thanks for the feedback. Late
