I busted out two personal bests this week on deadlift and squat. Crazy thing is I haven't been traing for power and this is during my cutting diet. Monday I pulled 455 on deadlifts and my max was 425 a couple months ago. Today I squatted 505 x 2 clean reps below parallel and I felt I could have got at least one more (up from a weak 495 x 1). Next week I'll have to check bench since I haven't done barbell flatbench in well over a month. Just wanted to toot my own horn.... Everybody have a great weekend.![]()
