Woodward Dream Cruise

I live in the subarbs of Detroit and Woodward Dream Cruise is a HUGE event every August here...I guess there is something like one million people that go to it every year. I am just curious if its well known about in other parts of the country also and if anyone will be attending.

Basically its a HUGE car show...all sorts of stuff out there for a weekend. Woodward Avenue is one of the oldest and most famous roads in the area.

and traffics a biatch. i stear clear royal oak, birmingham, ferndale etc during this entire week...its take forever with all the fools cruising and doing burnouts etc.

Yes I agree, its crazy. I do some work in downtown Birmingham and its impossible to get around.
