Sleep problems anyone?
No matter how early I get up, I just cant sleep at night... Once I fall asleep im fine, but i dont like to sleep too late (cant mon-fri anyway). I can get up at 6, still cant sleep till 2-3am the next morning.
What should I do, any advice? Anyone suffer from the same problems? I know this is very detrimental to my workouts, and I really want to get rid of this problem.

I have been awake since 2:30 this morning and I have to go to work today! Geeze I hate not being able to sleep.
Usually I have to have a two glasses of wine or vodka to put me to bed but I should try the melatonin. It so sucks not to be able to sleep!

damn pills for everything
Lean how to mediate bro. I had insomnia problems for damn well over 2 years. At the end I was popping 3 times the recomended dosage of 2 sleep meds(they where pretty weak and non addictive so no strong stuff)to be able to sleep. But then I learned basic meditation and in 2 days!!! My insomnia was gone. Im not kidding. When I learned how to relax my mind going to sleep became easy.

this is a honest question and not a bash but why do you all turn to different sleep aid meds/supps instead of trying to resolve what is causing the insomnia in the first place
