    zero precent bodyfat

    Hey everyone
    I have to get as much fat on me as possible. I have like no % bodyfat , im really defined and lean. im 5'11'' 158 pounds, slender athletic type. I need to get more % bodyfat, what does everybody sugggest i start eating/eating more of? should i increase my carb intake? HELP

    Eat a tub of Lard and wash it down with a gallon of Crisco.

    Get off the bow-flex ur just 2 swole get any bigger and u might fly away when the wind blows

    If u had 0% bf ud be dead

    down as much dextrose/whey/flax shakes as u can

    but be careful not to move to lard land...(get fat)...after 2-4 weeks of the shakes along with ur food

    stop em and figure ur Bmr then add to cope with ur activies and add more to gain...then ur set...
