How longs everyone been training?
i started about 14 years ago....
I was a skinny 6 footer 120 pounds....coulda been blown over by a stiff wind....10 years later I was at my biggest 6 '3 240 about 15%bf all natural...it was really hard gettin to that weight.
I used to wear ALOT of clothes cause I hated my body, worked out in the basement cause I was too skinny to go to the gym.
I went thru everything from liver tabs to vanadyl sulfate to yohimbe to creatine....so much has changed. I never juiced all that time cause I was always stronger than the juicers who I trained with...I was way smaller. I just couldnt bring myself to do it for some reason
All that time tho I never missed more than two weeks, when I was sick as hell, and I trained naturally all that time till last year, when I hit some sauce. But lost all me gains.
ohh well, its a lifelong thing isn't it, I have a shitload of training logs and leather gloves that I wore through....
i remember a guy saying on here that we have bigorexia or something....
I still feel like that little skinny kid sometimes....
how bout chu?
I have some pics of me from about 10 years ago flexing....its pretty bizarre.

I've been lifting weights for a long time (like 5 years on and off), but I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing or how to change my body until about 2-3 years ago.

i've been lifting about 4-5. serverely over trained for the first 2 though. 40 sets per muscle group 2 times a week. i wish i knew better then. there were a lot of 3.5-5 hour workout sessions in there for only 2 muscle groups a day. lifting i have down pretty good but my diet i can say is far from perfect. slowly working on that, but it'll come with time. time for me to bounce over to the diet forum now.

No joke about it, if I wouldn't have found this site I wouldn't be where I'm at now. And without your diet advice and influence in the diet forum, there are a LOT of people I don't think would be anywhere near where they are today.

Been in and around, off and on weights/fitness my whole life (in my late 20's now/approaching 30 like a runaway train)... Strayed away from it in my teens & early 20's due to partying, girls, and what-not. In the last two years or so, I made the nessasary sacrfices to make this (bodybuilding) my way of life... My plans now are to make a career out of it via CPT and other endevors, I guess it's meant to be... As corny as it sounds, It's alway been there waiting for me, even at my darkest hours... like destiny... and you can't escape your destiny...

a total of about 12 years or so. 10 on full time. 4 off full time. and now 2 back on full time. i've been juicin for the majority of the years lifting. i started in my late teens 6'1" and about 155lbs. within a year i was 205 with not much more bf. then i got into my first cycle......one year of cycling and i was well over 240 lbs. tried competitions at that time, but hated every ounce of comp. prep. best shape/weight i got up to was about 265 lbs right before my layoff of 4 years. i'm now back into it for 2 years and getting the weight back. i had lost over 60 lbs in those four years. up to 225 again and will keep gaining it back doing the same things i always did. eat, train fvckin hard, and do everything else the same way.
